Company Policies

Doggone Obedience provides walking services Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm. All walking clients must provide us with two sets of keys to enter home or have a lock box/key code. You may provide us with a note book for walkers to leave notes after outings. We do not send texts or pictures after each outing. We do however post pictures on our social media pages for clients to see what their dogs are up to during outings. Invoices are sent through email and are due app-on receipt. You may also choose to pay in advance by choosing one of our packages. All clients are required to complete a service and policy contract prior to the start of services.

Cancellation Policy

Canceling services must be made 24 hours prior to service in order to receive a full refund. Exceptions are made for emergency's and unexpected sickness. 

Weather and Holidays

We work in all types of weather. However during inclamit weather i.e. thunder storms, extreme heat, extreme cold and snow storms we may have to shorten or cancel walks. We understand that even though the weather may not allow us to provide full services our clients often still have to work. When services are cancelled you will have an option for potty breaks if you feel your dog will need one. All cancellations will be sent via email and an alert will be posted to our social media pages.
